贾小林,博士,教授,博士生导师,计算机科学与技术学院副院长,射频识别与物联网(RFID&IOT)实验室主任,绵阳市移动物联射频识别技术重点实验室(MIOT&RFID)主任; IEEE高级会员, CCF高级会员,CCF杰出传播者,四川省普通本科高等学校教学指导委员会委员,四川省海外高层次留学人才, IEEE 会刊、期刊和会议论文评审专家,国家自然科学基金委项目评审专家;四川省科学技术进步奖获得者,四川省高等教育教学成果奖获得者,加拿大渥太华大学访问学者,绵阳市优秀教师,绵阳市“4+3”高新技术产业和战略性新兴产业领军人才,绵阳市学术和技术带头人,西南科技大学十佳岗位青年、优秀教师、优秀共产党员、教学名师等,入选西南科技大学70周年校庆特辑《龙山薪火-西南科大人之教师篇》;主要从事计算机应用技术、射频识别技术(RFID)、物联网技术(IOT)、智能终端技术等领域的研究工作;主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、四川省科技支撑计划重大项目、四川省教育厅成果转化重大培育计划项目、教育部省部共建重点实验室重点项目、绵阳市科技局成果转化项目等系列重要研究课题,组建了RFID&IOT学科研究方向和研究型实验室,并申报获批绵阳市MIOT&RFID重点实验室;在RFID多标签识别防碰撞技术研究中取得了突破性进展,核心成果论文在IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Communications Letters等国际一流期刊刊发,相关技术论文被WOS/SCI核心库引用200余次,被Google学术引用900余次,在国际上创立了基于碰撞树的RFID多标签识别防碰撞算法研究分支体系,并成为RFID多标签识别领域三大树型(查询树、二进制树,碰撞树)搜索算法分支体系之一;科研成果“基于碰撞树的RFID多标签识别防碰撞技术及标准化应用”,荣获四川省科学技术进步奖,二等奖;教学成果“产学研赛一体(CAPES)计算机类双创人才培养模式研究及实践”,荣获四川省高等教育教学成果奖,三等奖;教学成果“突破学科定势,重构能力和市场导向的卓越软件工程人才培养体系”,荣获四川省高等教育教学成果奖,三等奖;承担IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics,IEEE Signal Processing Letters, KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems等IEEE会刊、国际学术期刊的论文评审,国家自然科学基金委项目评审,以及国际学术会议技术委员会委员等工作。
