周共健教授，哈尔滨工业大学

Gongjian Zhou received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2000, 2002, and 2008 respectively, in information and communication engineering. From 2011 to 2012, he was a Visiting Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada. He is currently a Professor with Department of Electronic Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology. His research interests include estimation, tracking, detection, signal processing and information fusion. He has published over 140 papers, including 55 international journal articles. He received the first Prize of State Technology Advancement Award in 2015, China Patent Excellence Award in 2016 and China Patent Silver Award in 2018. He was named as a Young Scholar of Long Jiang Scholar in 2018.

周共健，哈尔滨工业大学电子与信息工程学院教授、博士生导师。长期从事新体制雷达及信息处理技术研究，主持国家部委、国家自然基金等项目30余项。在IEEE T-SP、IEEE T-AES等期刊发表论文50余篇，获授权专利40余项。获IET International Radar Conference、中国信息融合大会等优秀论文。担任《雷达学报》、《指挥控制与仿真》等期刊编委。获国家科技进步一等奖、部级科技进步特等奖、中国专利优秀奖、中国专利银奖各1项，指导学生1人获电子学会优秀硕士论文提名奖。2018年入选龙江学者(青年)支持计划，2022年获黑龙江省杰出青年基金资助；是哈尔滨工业大学“青年科学家工作室”学术带头人。
