The 2025 2nd International Conference on Machine Learning, Computational Intelligence and Pattern Recognition (MLCIPR 2025) is scheduled to take place in Hangzhou, China from November 14-16, 2025.Machine Learning, Computational Intelligence and Pattern Recognition is an interdisciplinary field that has emerged through the integration of various sciences such as computer science, cybernetics, neurophysiology, psychology, etc. It encompasses diverse areas including natural language understanding, machine theorem proving, automatic programming, game theory and decision making, artificial neural networks among others. This conference aims to bring together experts and scholars in this field to discuss current advancements, key challenges and future trends inMachine Learning, Computational Intelligence and Pattern Recognition. We cordially invite you to participate or contribute to this esteemed conference!


Note: In view of the academic exchange and development of the conference, the conference committee decided to change the conference title from "International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Pattern Recognition (CIPR 2024)" to "International Conference on Machine Learning, Computational Intelligence and Pattern Recognition (MLCIPR 2025)" from the second session onwards. MLCIPR is an annual conference and we welcome experts and scholars from all over the world to participate and exchange ideas.

Conference Dates: November 14-16, 2025


Publication

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.


Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
