李建军教授，内蒙古科技大学

Jianjun Li, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, Young Science and Technology Talents of Higher Education Institutions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and "Three Districts Science and Technology Talents" in Fengzhen City. Currently, his main research directions are: pattern recognition, signal detection, and fault diagnosis. He has presided over and participated in 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, 5 projects of Inner Mongolia Natural Science Foundation, 1 project of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's key research and development and scientific and technological achievement transformation, and many horizontal scientific research projects. He has published more than 40 academic papers in this field, including 5 SCI papers and 12 EI papers, applied for 4 patents, published 1 monograph, and 8 software copyrights. From 2020 to 2023, he served three local enterprises in Fengzhen City. He assisted the service enterprises to declare and successfully approved 2 projects of the Finance Department, 1 project of the Science and Technology Department, and assisted the enterprises to apply for 1 invention patent and 2 utility model patents.

李建军，博士，教授，博士生导师，内蒙古自治区高等学校青年科技英才，丰镇市“三区科技人才”。目前主要研究方向为：模式识别，信号检测，故障诊断。主持和参与国家自然科学基金项目3项，内蒙古自然科学基金5项，内蒙古自治区重点研发及科技成果转化项目1项以及和横向科研项目多项；在该领域发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI收录5篇、EI收录12篇，申请专利4项，出版专著1部，软件著作权8部。2020-2023年间曾服务于丰镇市三家地方企业。协助服务企业申报并成功获批财政厅项目2项，科技厅项目1项，协助企业申请发明专利1项，实用新型专利2项。
